Mitchell qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 1994. He joined Bulley Davey in 1992, becoming partner at the Huntingdon office in 1995 and subsequently relocated to our Wisbech office in 2006.

Mitchell’s training and continuing area of expertise is advising the small to medium sized family company on all accountancy and taxation aspects, in particular combining his commercial awareness with his tax planning knowledge.

Over the years Mitchell has added other areas of expertise in particular advising FSA Registered businesses, Solicitors, Estate Agents and Travel Agents on the rules governing their professional bodies as well as keeping up to date with technology and its application in business and, of course, accounts. He has made presentations on subjects such as E-commerce, Financial Management and Tax Planning.

Outside work Mitchell has a young family that now distract him from enjoying sports and he blames them for him not being as fit as he used to be.
