We announced our plans for the relocation of our Peterborough office in Spring 2007. The expansion of our operations in recent years saw us outgrow our converted townhouse offices in Lincoln Road, Peterborough where we had been based since 1964.

We relocated to our new purpose built office situated at 4 Cyrus Way, Cygnet Park, Ham pton, Peterborough on the “Opus” development on Monday 1st October 2007. Click here for our contact details at the new office.

Our new office at Opus, Cygnet Park, Hampton, Peterborough

The new 11,000 sq ft building was constructed by Artisan (UK) Developments Limited. Located in the heart of Hampton’s Cygnet Park business area and close to Peterborough’s major routes it is easily accessible to clients and gives significant improvements in terms of space and facilities available.

At the start of the project partner Ian Brown commented “Our primary requirements were to have a modern, energy-saving building, well-designed and integrating all the up-to-date I.T. criteria that our business and clients demand. Artisan and its Opus development offered all of these requirements together with flexibility of design, value for money, and every assistance in facilitating our move. We see Peterborough as an area of significant expansion for our business and are anxious indeed to move into the new premises and continue our business development.”

One of the key advantages for the firm and its clients is the extensive suite of meeting rooms and conference facilities available at our new building. This consists of 6 individual meeting rooms each able to accommodate between 3 and 6 people. In addition our conference room may either be partitioned into a 25 seat presentation room with a separate 16 seat boardroom or a larger 60 seat presentation room with the partition wall open. The suite is serviced by a host of audio visual presentation aids as well as internet access throughout.

Construction of the remainder of the Opus development site itself is progressing well with building work on approximately half of the site area already completed. The national charity Mencap occupies the office opposite ours and four other neighbouring office units have also been completed ready for occupation with others soon to follow.
