Training to become an accountant
At Bulley Davey we are authorised to train both Chartered Accountants (by ICAEW) and Chartered Certified Accountants (by ACCA).
We offer comprehensive study packages which are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our students which enable them to achieve the highest standards both academically and in the practical application of the theories that they are studying. This is normally provided by way of block release courses which are fully funded by us with a recognised accountancy training provider and backed up by all of the support required from one of our workplace mentors and relevant on the job training.
Students often complete the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification before attempting ICAEW or ACCA as this provides a suitable platform for attempting one of the higher level qualifications. AAT can be studied by a variety of methods including full time, day release or evening classes; we normally encourage our AAT students to attend day release for the latter stages and offer comprehensive study packages to give our students the best possible opportunities to excel.
We can also offer training support for other qualifications which are of mutual benefit for you and the firm in any of the specialist service areas that we offer such as tax, insolvency, corporate finance and forensic accountancy.
